Railroad Education In A Fun Environment!
This imaginative, interactive 5000 square foot museum will inspire railroading young and old as it explores what railroading has meant to the history and development of the U.S. Test yourself at one of the trivia kiosks, marvel at the size of actual train equipment, see artifacts and implements, learn railroad folklore, or grab a photo op. There’s a video theatre showing trains from today’s powerful diesels to some early stream trains that are still riding the rails. Everyone will love watching our “Point of View” video, sitting on an authentic train station bench or playing our computer game where you are the engineer! Look for the STARS to find amazing facts scattered throughout this educational and entertaining area.
